The North Austin Muslim Community Center (NAMCC) will announce day of the Eid on Thursday night September 09 2010, around 9:30pm, Insha-Allah.

Please note that for Eid-ul-Fitr, NAMCC follows local moon sighting in North America. Eid Prayer will be held at North Austin Events Center (aka Crockett Center):
Zakat-ul-Fitr ($8/person) must be paid to the needy before Eid Prayer. All Zakat-ul-Fitr collected by NAMCC will be distributed locally through the HAPP organization.
Please start early to beat the traffic and give enough time for driving into Lamar and for parking. Plan on arriving by 8:30 am.
Parking cost is $10 per car and has to be paid when you enter the parking lot if not purchased in advance. If purchased in advance it is only $5/vehicle. Eid parking tickets are available at NAMCC, ICBC, ICRR and Shalimar in advance now to avoid any delays during the Eid day. Eid parking ticket also has a coupon for $5 off if used at Shalimar!
