GA Elections Timeline

• 11/05 to 11/15 11:59 p.m. – Nominate your choice using this form or physically by form in masjid
• 11/16 to 11/18 – Nominee’s background check
• 11/19 – Nominees meet and greet with the community
• 12/03, 12/04– Election starts Friday(From first Jummah to 1 hour after 3rd jummah) and then on Saturday(12/04) from 1p.m. to 1 hour after Isha. Location: multipurpose room.
• 12/05 – Election vote counting and result announcement
• 12/11 – Meet and greet with newly elected EC
• 12/10 to 12/31 – Knowledge transition from existing EC to new EC
• 1/1 – New EC take over the office
